Job Description:

Maintain day-to-day operations and documentation of IT production infrastructure, including secure local and wide area networks and other IT services.

• Develop and improve instrumentation to monitor the health and availability of IT network services.

• Proactively monitor systems, networks, and applications to provide input to improve system stability, security, efficiency, and scalability.

• Improve operational efficiency through scripts, bots and integrations.

• Participate cross-functionally with vendors and other IT teams to ensure a smooth IT network. Network troubleshooting, error analysis, fixes and upgrades.

Requirement:

• Min. D3/S1 Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Have experience and basic knowledge of TCP/IP Stack, LAN and Wireless LAN, Switching and VLAN, Network Protocol (NAT and Dynamic Routing OSPF/BGP), and Basic Application Protocol (SSH/DNS/SMTP/HTTP/LDAP)

• Understand the concept and implementation of Clustering, High Availability, Load Balancing

• Understand the concept and implementation of Basic Security, IPSec, VPN, and Firewall

• Understand the concept and implementation of Cloud Computing Platform (Cloudflare, Google, Amazon, Oracle, Alibaba)

• Understand the concept and implementation of IP Telephony Have practical knowledge of Basic Scripting in UNIX/LINUX environment
